Alongside parenting, Steve is a Principal Designer with extensive experience leading product development across medical, industrial, and consumer sectors. His approach is rooted in collaboration, interdisciplinary thinking, and designing products that meaningfully improve real‑world experiences.

Bec is a Senior User‑Centred Designer with a strong track record of transforming insights into intuitive, impactful products.

With expertise spanning research, ideation, prototyping, and testing, Bec brings a deeply empathetic, evidence‑based approach to design — always focused on creating solutions that genuinely support users and caregivers.
